What in the Heck? #21

This just in! What in the heck? is now legal. If you haven't played What in the Heck before, this is the quiz game where I show you some kitchen or cooking gadget and you guess what it is. WE HAVE A WINNER!  T.J. correctly guessed that this device fits over utensils to keep them clean or keep the countertop clean. You rest your spoon, ladle, or spatula in the pac-man like opening and it stays up and off the stovetop. They are called Drip-Less Collars and these particular ones come from Wrapables.
