Because I've been in a grilling mood, I just love to go back to one of my all time favorite grilling posts, Attack of the Grilled Lobster by Curt McAdams. It's like science fiction for the grill.
Some interesting news this week about the Char-broil/TEC grills. Seems that a number of people have complained about flashfires and backdrafts coming from the TEC burner due to missing or loose screws. If you own one of these grills, you might want to lift up your infrared glass and make sure your screws are in place.
Coming tomorrow, the return of What in the Heck?! It's been nearly a year since I played the game last, and for pretty good reasons. I'm sorry to say that I cannot mention those reasons, but nevertheless the game is back by popular demand. Stay tuned.
