Caramel Peach Upside-Down Cake

With all the peaches that we gathered and vaccum-sealed from Fredericksburg, I figured it was high-time to start using some of them up. This isn't a Men in Aprons original recipe, but it was darn tasty. This is from the Food Network Kitchens.

I used peach slices that we had preserved frozen, but this recipe calls for fresh. That way, you get larger, more beautiful slices. Nevertheless, my version was awesome and delish.
