Grilled Sea Scallops with Honey Garlic Glaze
Season the scallops with a little bit of kosher salt and a drizzle of olive oil. Set aside.
To make the glaze: Combine the honey, oil, garlic, vinegar, paprika, pepper, and salt. Whisk well.
Grill the scallops over medium-low heat with well-lubricated grates. The scallops will require about 4-5 minuts per side at this low temperature. Normally, I wouldn't suggest brushing a sugary glaze over meat until the end, but the low heating and glazing makes a very light sweet crust on the scallops. So baste every time you turn them.
