This is just a little bit of eye candy for you this weekend. We present to you Grilled Bratwursts, Onions, and Red Bell Peppers. There is a recipe that follows, but it is more of a process, and can be done inside if you like.

- Package of 6 fresh bratwurst (the real kind, uncooked)
- 1 Large white onion
- 1 Large red bell pepper
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 4-5 TBSP vegetable oil.

Fire up your grill for medium to medium-low heat. Grill the bratwursts over low-ish heat until they are cooked through. Be careful not to let them blackend or blister on the outside.

Slice the onion and bell pepper into thin strips. On your grill's side burner, or directly over medium heat, heat the oil in a skillet. Add the peppers and onions, and saute for 5-8 minutes or until very soft.

Remove the brats from the grill, and slice into small medallions, then add them in with the onions and peppers. Season with salt and pepper, and cook to your desired amount of doneness. The final step is to pour in the vinegar, which will give the mixture a nice bit to it. Let the sizzling suside and cook for another minute. Serve over rice.
