Carnival of the Grill #3 Date Set

Take a moment, why don't you, to head over to Bucky McOikums BBQ blog and check out the 2nd Carnival of the Grill. Curt did a great job of putting it together, despite a meager showing from participants. To be honest, I completely forgot to put a reminder that Curt had posted the carnival. I'm sorry about that. Here's a sneak peak at the Fumbling Foodie's submission of "briquetta," otherwise known at bruscetta on the grill. Very nice stuff.

It's time now to start another edition of the carnival, so let's make it a good one this time. I'm setting it to be about 5 weeks from now. Yes, I know that's well into late November, but there's plenty of grilling to do between now and then. The next edition will be posted on Tuesday, November 28th, so get your entries in by Noon on the 27th. Check out the Carnival of the Grill info page for more information about this carnival or just go straight to the submission page at blog carnival.

Good luck everyone, and keep those fires burning.
