Labor Day RibsJust wanted to share a picture with you. It's almost pointless to put barbeque recipes here on the web. It's not an exact science, and definitely something you don't learn just by reading a web site. If you really want to learn the was of the Que, pick up some barbeque books such as Dr. BBQ and Anything by Steven Raichlen. Then watch BBQ University on PBS for a couple of months, throw in some BBQ recap shows on the food network and a whole lot of practice, and you just might get it. Heck, I don't even get it yet. This picture is of my ribs I cooked with a my homemade barbeque glaze. It's a special recipe of my own that I've been perfecting for months now. I think I have it down now.
