Chocolate Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies

Just a little bit of food porn for you this evening. After making the chocolate slab cake, I had a lot of dark chocolate chips leftover, so the wife decided to make some chocolate chip cookies with the leftover chips. These cookies are really chewy. They came out of the oven extremely soft and bendy, so much that we had to be careful removing them from the pan. But after they cooled a while on wire cooling racks, the cookies solidified into very nice chewy delights. I'll post the recipe if I can get her to give it up.

Oh my GOD! Please get her to give you the recipe. I've been so bored with Chocolate Chip Cookies lately and this one seems to be the answer to my boredom (plus I LOOOOOOOOOVE dark chocolate).

Yummmm...
