MIA Dry Rub

I was looking to make a dry rub for pork that wasn't so sweet and spicy. I needed a nice good rub that had salty and slightly tangy flavors. I think this one is pretty good. It is going to adorn my Whisky Sunday Smoked Pork Loin. Recipe to follow soon.

Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup kosher salt
- 2 TBSP garlic powder
- 2 TBSP Paprika
- 3 TBSP Old Bay Seasoning
- 3 TBSP black pepper

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Blend well until the color is uniform.
