Chocolate Crown Cups
Just an excuse to use some of the Crown Royal Whisky that I received for Father's Day is what this recipe is. Yes, it does give the chocolate a bit of a bit, kind of like those chocolate liqour bottle you can get around Christmas time. But the chocolate and the butter and egg make this for quite the decadent before bedtime treat. This recipe should make enough for two people to enjoy a decent-sized mug full of chocolately goodness.

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups regular milk
- 7 oz. semisweet chocolate (bars or chips)
- 2 egg yolks
- 5 TBSP Crown Whiskey
- 2 TBSP Butter
In saucepan, heat the milk just to boiling then remove from heat. Begin snapping or adding the chocolate in small batchs, while constantly whisking. You may have to go back to the heat periodically during this stage just to get all the chocolate melted. When all the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth and dark, remove the pan from the heat altogether.
Add the Whiskey and beat in the egg yolks. Add the butter, and keep whisking until in melts and the entire mixture is smooth and creamy.

Can we convert this recipe? I would like to change the ingredients to 5 cups of CR and leave out the remaining items and add ice!
