Food Network Favorites CookbookThe Food Network has released it's very own cookbook, featuring dishes from Food Netowk celebrity chefs Giada de Laurentiis, Mario Batali, Alton Brown, Emeril Lagasse, Michael Chiarello, Tyler Florence, Rachel Ray, and others.

For instance, this great recipe for French Onion Soup by Alton Brown is featured in the book. What you might know about the Food Network is that any recipe created on any show is catalogued on the web site. So they're just recreating in print what is already available on the web. Slap some pretty pictures on glossy paper, icluding attractive photos of Giada, Rachel, and Tyler ... lo and behold, you got a money maker.

I would suggest to you that if you are reading this site right now, you have the ability to view all the recipes in that book via the Food Network web site. Save your money and go buy a brisket.
