Alicat Wins It! This is a splatter screen for use over frying or sauteeing skillets. This particular model comes from Williams-Sonoma.com and is made by All-Clad. Such a nice piece of cookware, only to get splattered by scalding hot oil. Alicat is over at Something So Clever. Go Check it out. She makes great food and takes awesome pictures, too.

Well, since the bust of last week's episode of What in the Heck?, I am going to feature a slightly less difficult item to figure out. I'm sure Big Daddy Jake's would rather have me mail out BBQ sauces than keep them myself.

What is this thing? So this week, I presnt this wonderful item pictured at right. Just What in the Heck is it? It's metallic; it's roundish. I wonder what it could be. If you would like to be mailed a free bottle of Big Daddy Jake's Barbeque Sauce, just be the first person to answer correctly on what this item is.

Good luck, everyone.
