What in the Heck? #12

Sorry folks! Time's up on this one. I know, it was hard. The item pictured is a Domed Cast Iron Grill Pan. I am a regular reader of Kitchen Contraptions, and this one showed up a couple of weeks ago. This item is good for grilling strips of meat, with the ridges making attractive grill marks on the meat. Check out the full text of the entry right here.

Our run with Big Daddy Jake's Texas Pit Smoked Hot Sauce is up. Now, we are featuring Big Daddy Jake's Pappo's High in the Saddle BBQ Sauce. This stuff is good. A little bit spicy ... a little bit tangy ... you can just rub it all over your grilled meat. Big thanks to Sara Ward at Big Daddy Jake's for sponsoring What in The Heck?! I am going to try my best to do a WTH contest every Friday. That was my intention for so long, but money got in the way. And sick kids.

And now it's time to play everyone's favorite cooking game ... WHAT IN THE HECK?!!!!!! This week, we feature a very strange and mysterious item. It's strangeness is exceeded only by it's mystery. I would tell you the web site at which I found this item, but that would give you an unfair advantage. Here is your hint: It is cast iron.

Note: Now that I have comments again, please post your guess in the comments. All guesses sent via email will be tossed. Sorry!
