Don't Drink Cooking Sherry

Ever heard a cooking show or chef tell you not to over salt your food when cooking with cooking sherry since it has so much salt in it? Ever wonder why it has so much salt in it? I can tell it's because they want you to throw up.
Please don't drink the cooking sherry. Well, OK, you can drink it, but you had better drink it in the bathroom, because it's just going to end up in the toilet. You see, the manufacturers of cooking sherry want to sell their product, but because it's Sherry they don't want any Fred Doe or John Punkass walking out of the Grocery Store with a full bottle of alcohol in their hands OR swigging a bottle of sherry in the grocery store aisle. So their solution: put salt in it.
They put enough salt in cooking sherry that would make you vomit if you tried to drink it straight. So if you are using cooking sherry, please reduce any additional salt to accomodate for this. Or just use regular sherry. It's better anyway.
