Basic Buffalo Wings
Ingredients Pre-Prep Prep: In a large skillet (preferably cast iron) heat an inch or so of oil to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Take your large freezer bag and scoop a cup of flour into it. Add your salt and seasonings to taste. Add 6-8 wings at a time to the bag, seal, and shake until wings are coated. Immediately drop wings into the oil. Fry for 8-9 minutes or until done and golden brown and delicious. Remove to paper towels or drain rig. In a microwave-safe bowl, Melt about a 1/4 cup of butter. Add enouch hot sauce to make yourself happy and mix well. Brush onto the wings. Serve with .... ah hell, just eat 'em. |
