Quick Biscuits

As heard on The Men in Aprons Show - Episode 10, this is the quick biscuits recipe. Don't be afraid. You can do it.

Ingredients
- 2 1/4 Cups Baking Mix (such as Bisquick)
- 1 Cup Milk
- 3 TBSP butter, melted

Preheat oven to 450 degress Farenheit. In a large bowl combine the mix and the milk and stir with a spoon until a soft dough forms that pulls away clean from the sides of the bowl. If it's too sticky, just add a little bit of dry mix at a time and continue stirring.

Turn onto surface dusted with Bisquick mix. Knead 10 times. Roll dough 1/2 inch thick. Cut with 2 1/2-inch cutter. Do not twist cutter in the dough. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Top with melted butter

Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
