Heather's Holiday Cocoa
TheWife made a giant batch of this spiced cocoa this Christmas to put in fancy jars as gifts for her coworkers. I tried a cup and it was very festive. This was very easy to make, and it has wonderful wintertime and holiday spices that really bring out the season in each cup.
Ingredients
- 1.5 Cups sugar
- 1 Cup instant, nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 Cup Non-dairy creamer
- 3/4 Cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 TBSP ground cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
Mix all ingredients well. Store in an airtight container. To make a cocoa, add 2 generous tablespoons of mix to 6-8 ounces hot water.
