Ginger Butter

As heard on Men in Aprons - Episode 14, this ginger butter recipe is one of the most easy holiday treats you can make and make out like you are gourmet chef. Let me be perfectly clear here ... use real butter. Please, for the love of all that is good and pure and for the love of all cows in the world, do not use margarine. You'd only be kidding yourself and insulting your guests. And cows.

Ingredients
- 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
- 2 TBSP Candied ginger
- 2 TBSP Honey
- 1 Dash salt

Beat the butter in a mixer until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and beat until completely incorporated. Spoon out into a bowl, cover, and refrigerate. When it's time to serve, let stand at room temperature for 20 minutes.
