What in the Heck?
Episode III: Revenge of the Heck

It is time again for an episode of What in the Heck? Very difficult, this one is. Though you may want to say it has something to do with tortillas, you'd be wrong. Not of this country, this object is. That is the only clue you will receive. You must be specific when answering, because I know a few of you have seen this being used. You are not required to spell it correctly, just come close.

Good luck. And the first person to get it right gets, as always, a big congratulations.

I know we just finished one yesterday, but that was really leftover from last Friday.

And we have a winner! Golf Widow! Congratulations! This is a poffertjes pan, used for making poffertjes, a small dutch pancake. You make a bunch with the special batter and serve 'em up with powdered sugar.

It looks like a really flat poffertje shaper, but I don't think they come flat. I guess it's a shaper for something I've never had. Which isn't a guess.

WINNER!
