Bachelor Quesadillas

Tags: cheese, quesadilla, recipe

I've been itching to add this recipe for the last couple of days. I was surfing through blog explosion and happened upon this site. The top entry I saw was a child's kindergarten class recipe for Quesadillas. After reading the post and laughing my butt off, it occurred to me that bachelors and husbands left alone by their wives are a lot like children. They want simple and tasty food without a lot of hassle or cleanup.

Ingredients

  • 1 Flour Tortilla
  • 1 Slice of American Cheese (do not confuse this with real shredded cheese, big mistake!)
  • Paper towel
  • 1 Hot Iron

Remove plastic from slice of non-cheese cheese, lay on tortilla and fold in half. Place paper towel on top and place hot iron on top to heat and melt. Should the cheese melt and touch the hot iron, you're screwed. All the clothes you iron from then on will smell like burnt cheese. However, every time you iron from then on, you'll be hungry for Quesadillas.

You know what else would be good if added...Goat's Milk Brie...yum !

Nice site btw..found you via BE

Hmmm . . . I think that anything related to a Goat or it's milk would probably go against a bachelor's thinking. I, personally, love goat's milk cheese and a little Cabrito every now and then.

I've more or less been doing nothing worth mentioning, but eh. My life's been really bland today. I don't care. I've just been letting everything happen without me these days. That's how it is.
