Great Sites

A new celebrity chef blog has hit the blogosphere and I think it has the potential to dominate. TVFoodFan.com has the right ideas, the right information, and nice concise posts. I think the b5 media really needs some competition in this niche because foodie obsessed is kind of weak.

There are lots of celebrity blogs out there, but a really good one gets the scoop, provides great information, and lots of great witty banter. I expect great things from Mike Johnson and his new blog.

Ben sent me a link to a $10 off coupon for Amazon groceries. I reported about Amazon.com's new grocery service last week. Now you can get a $10 coupon off $49 or more.

Checking out the Joy of Cakes this week. So many cakes, so very little time. Lots of great recipes here, plus cake tips and subsitution suggestions. Also have been looking at HeatEatReview.com. Abi is a grad student in D.C. that review microwavable food.

Great article on the bbq school taught by Steven Raichlen. Yes, it's from AARP Magazine, but it was really well written. Plus, there's a handy top ten grilling tips list at the end of the article.

And finally, it would seem that the nutritionist efforts to get Ameicans to read food labels has worked, according to CNN.com. Yep, we sure read those labels. Then we go eat whatever the heck we want. THANKS, medical community!

Adam-
I'm glad you found us! The reviews on www.HeatEatReview.com are also written by about 10 of my friends and coworkers, so I can't take all of the credit because they suffer for their art too. I hope that you're enjoying the reviews and I look forward to exploring Men In Aprons.
