Cooking For Us

Category: Info & Updates If you are a regular reader of Men in Aprons, then you know I have my work published in a few places around the Net, including Hot Sauce Blog, Very Good Things, and The Weekend Cookbook Challenge. But now, something really special has happened that I am very happy with. The website cookingfor.us has accepted me as one of their contributing authors. It happened very fast, like within the last 20 hours, but it's a cool thing that I'm very proud to be a part of. Cookingfor.us is an interactive food and cooking website that aims to give the best recipes and food knowledge as possible. Including myself, it has a cast of great food writers including Sean Smith, founder of the site, Kate Holzhauer and Christine James.
As a food blogger and publisher of a number of sites, I know how hard it is to operate, design, and write content for an entire food site all by yourself. I think the cookingfor.us is going to go beyond that by having user interactivity, weekly articles by its contributors, as well as a searchable database of recipes. So stay tuned for some really exciting stuff to be happening. I have a feeling that with regular articles, user interaction, and heck of a lot of great content, cookingfor.us has the potential to be a heavy hitter in the world of food sites. You can go to my author profile page by clicking this link. I've written my first article, and you'll find it at the end of the my profile. Trackback URL: http://www.meninaprons.net/mt/mt-tb.cgi/25 |
