Category: What The Heck? Sorry folks! Time's up on this one. I know, it was hard. The item pictured is a Domed Cast Iron Grill Pan. I am a regular reader of Kitchen Contraptions, and this one showed up a couple of weeks ago. This item is good for grilling strips of meat, with the ridges making attractive grill marks on the meat.
