Cranberry Relish
Posted on December 13, 2005 by adam
Category: Recipes As heard on Men in Aprons Episode 013, this is TheWife's recipe for cranberry relish. This is a recipe of her own making, and one which you can experiment for yourself. Just vary how much of each ingredient you want. More sweet? .... then add more sugar. More cran? ... then add more cran. Ingredients In a food processor, chop the cranberries very fine. You may need to scrape the sides a few times. Spoon out to a large plastic bowl. Repeat this step for the orange, apples, and pecans. Do not include orange seeds or apple core/stem. Add the sugar to the mixture and mix well. Cover and store in the refrigerator overnight. Serve cold as a side dish. |
