The Binders

You may have notices that I have references "the binders" in a few entries, and have been wondering what in the heck it is. This is my official designation for a recipe that has come from one of the binders. You can hear an explanation of the binders in MIA - Episode 005. These binders are a collection of recipes from my late grandmother J.J. I plan on cooking a lot of these recipes, testing their functionality, and tasting their wares. Later, when I've gathered enough material, I'll be putting them in a cookbook.
