Mountain Man's Breakfast
Posted on February 16, 2005 by adam
Category: Entrees Orginally born as a use-up-the-last-of-the-crap-in-the-pantry recipe, the Mountain Man's breafast eventually became a great hangover remedy for Sunday mornings. We called the American Heart Association about this recipe, but they have yet to return our calls. This was one of the first recipes I ever posted online over at de.liscious. Ingredients
In a small pot, heat the beans as instructed on can. In a large skillet, saute onions in some oil. Add ground sausage and brown. Remove sausage/onion mixture and set aside. DO NOT drain grease. Keeping skillet very hot, fry the deli ham and brown on both sides. Crack the eggs on top of the ham and cover the skillet to cook the eggs through. Comments

Sounds yummy. Say, you have a VERY nice, clean looking place here. I was really impressed when I clicked on and I rarely leave comments. I just wanted to tell you I liked it very much. Bookmarked.
